• Summary 
  This reusable cold/hot pack has a comfortable material that conforms to the curves of your skin. This material is gentle to the skin, frost-free, and washable. Put the pack in microwave or chill in freezer. When heated, soothes discomfort from stiff neck, backache, arthritis, sprains and bruises. When chilled, soothes discomfort from injury, sprains and strains, muscle soreness, bruises, swelling and tension headaches. The nox-toxic, non-crystallizing gel allows pack to contour and stay pliable when heated or chilled.
  
  Instruction
  

  For hot use, put gel pack flat in microwave oven to heat, the heating time depends on different items;

  For cold use, freeze gel pack at least 2 hours in freezing chamber before using.
